The big five model of pesonality

Significant variations in human personality are due to the following factors:

1.Extroversion: This captures ones comfort level with relationship.

2. Agreeableness: This refers to an individuals propensity to deter others.

3. Conscientiousness: This dimension is a measure of reliability in terms of organization, persist ency,  responsibility and so on.

4. Emotional stability: This dimension taps a persons ability to withstand others.

5. Openness to experience: This dimension addresses ones range of interest and fascination with novelty.
